about
Imagine yourself in a peaceful forest, while watching the beautiful view it provides, you're listening to the sounds of nature, birds singing, light wind moving leafs everywhere. You start hearing the symphony it all creates. Evening turns into night and it starts to rain with occasional thunder striking in the distance. You realize it too has a certain symphonic ring to it, the music starts to play. You are touched by the world around you, the beauty of it all goes straight into your soul.
This piece is a full Virtual Instrumental / Orchestral composition. Rather ambient start mainly focusing on harp, which starts to rise with the main lead of the track, a cello (i actually pitched down the solo violin instrument you can hear on MANY of my tracks since i don't have good virtual cello in my libraries, i have had my eye on Harmonic Subtones Best Service Emotional Cello vst, but way too expensive for me so this method will do for now) and also other strings creating a symphony. About half way through the track style changes a bit, while the main cello remains, i composed a piano melody to bring another style and vibe into the track, which then rises into a stronger part as i composed percussion rhythm to bring a bit more epic touch towards the end on the piece. As the cello lead started being worn out in my opinion half way through the stronger part, i composed a light guitar composition with pluck arpeggio style instead of usual riff lead for example that can be heard on many of my tracks. Outro is short after the drums end, but hey, better not to extend the track too much as you, as a listener, might get bored of the track. As you can hear, i did add couple external audio files to give out mood as effects, on the first half it is forest nature sounds, mainly birds singing but small white noise style windy hum is on the same file, short airplane fly-by sound effect can be heard which creates small transitions, and at second half of the track even more clearly you can hear a rain dropping sound and occasional thunder roaring, but otherwise all the instruments are virtual and the track is my own composition / production.
I wanted to create this track out of a sudden urge to create something ambient and tried to make it a beautiful symphony and an emotional track in general. I actually have been playing a free game (PSN Plus this month) called Steep and it has beautiful moments which kind of inspired me, but also had a woman (crush) in my mind to inspire/motivate the progress... better suppress that though since i can't find her after seeing her few times and get to know her and find out could we be together or not. But hey getting too personal here. This track is for you.
